Preliminary meeting
We define your goals and expectations in relation to the client listening.
Online Course
You will receive access to the listening2start online course complemented by an individual follow-up.
Client Listening Plan
Together we will create a client listening plan based on your business goals and strategy.
Data management
You will receive a recommendation for data management and data analysis systems in order to get the most out of the client listenings.
Documentation
You will receive support and advice in creating talking points and guidelines as well as communication materials.
Ad hoc advice
If requested, I will accompany you to the first five client listenings * or offer you ad hoc advice for a further 12 weeks as and when required.
All client listening interviews conducted by me will be recorded.
