We define your goals and expectations in relation to the client listening.
You will receive a general introduction to client listening and can address relevant questions and topics which you find important.
Training & Workshop
Your employees who are qualified for / interested in client listening receive access to the online course and / or individual training as part of a workshop.
You will receive a recommendation for data management and data analysis systems in order to get the most out of the client listenings.
You will receive support and advice in creating talking points and guidelines as well as communication materials.
Ad hoc advice
If requested, I will accompany you to the first five client listenings * or offer you ad hoc advice for a further 12 weeks as and when required.
All client listening interviews conducted by me will be recorded.
